Overview
- We aim to make art and learning accessible and enjoyable. This policy explains when classes can be rescheduled or credited and when print products can be replaced or refunded.
Classes and Workshops
- All class purchases are non-refundable.
- Extenuating circumstances: We understand life happens. If a serious unforeseen event occurs (e.g., medical emergency), contact us as soon as possible. Requests are reviewed case-by-case and may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion.
- Missed classes with notice: If you let us know at least 24 hours before the class start time that you can’t attend, we’re happy to:
- Transfer you to another upcoming class of equal value, or
- Issue a class credit for the amount paid.
- Credits and transfers:
- Credits are valid for 6 months from the issue date.
- Credits are not redeemable for cash.
- One-time transfer per booking.
- No-shows without notice: Not eligible for refund, replacement, or credit.
- If we cancel a class: You may choose a full refund or a free reschedule/credit.
Print Products (Art Prints)
- Eligibility: Prints are eligible for replacement or refund only if they arrive damaged, defective, or with a printing/fulfillment error.
- Report window: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damage/defect and the packaging
- Resolution: We will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.
- Color variation: Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings and printing processes and are not considered defects.
- Custom/personalized items: Final sale unless damaged/defective on arrival.
Shipping Issues
- Lost or severely delayed packages: We’ll help file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund when the claim is approved or if the shipment is confirmed lost.
- Incorrect or insufficient address: If a package is returned to us, we can reship to a corrected address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
